Relvo.ai is operated by Zakti Techmedia Pvt Ltd ("Relvo", "we"). By using Relvo you agree to these terms.

What Relvo does

Relvo lets individuals sell used items through an automated agent that lists the item, answers buyers and negotiates within limits the seller sets. Relvo is a marketplace. The sale contract is between the buyer and the seller. Relvo is not the seller of any item.

Sellers

• You must own the item and have the right to sell it.
• Describe the item honestly, including defects. Answers you give the agent are shown to buyers.
• The agent only accepts offers within the limits you set, and asks you before going below them.
• Prohibited items include anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, hazardous, or restricted under Indian law.

Buyers and bookings

• To reserve an item you pay a booking amount of ₹200 through Razorpay. You pay the rest of the price at handover.
• The seller has 2 hours to confirm a booking. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email code. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older.

Liability

Relvo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Relvo for the transaction in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
