Privacy Policy

Zakti Techmedia Pvt Ltd runs Relvo.ai. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign in with a one-time code. We do not store passwords.
• Your name, area, phone number and UPI ID, used for pickups, delivery and payouts.
• Delivery addresses, listing photos and details, and your chats with Relvo agents.
• Payment references from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Privacy between buyers and sellers

Buyers and sellers never see each other's name, email or phone number. A buyer sees only "Seller"; a seller sees only a number like "Buyer 4821". Pickup and delivery details go only to the courier handling that order, and payment references go only to Razorpay.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the services that run Relvo: Razorpay for payments, delivery partners for logistics, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@relvo.ai. We keep transaction records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
